為了確保數(shù)控加工硬質(zhì)合金特種回轉(zhuǎn)面刀具的刀刃形狀和零刃帶寬度,需要對砂輪相對于工件的位置等相關工藝參數(shù)進行檢測。提出了有關工藝參數(shù)的自動檢測建模方法,認為運用此方法可顯著提高工件的加工精度。

Abstract : To ensure the shape of cutting edge and zero edge belt width of the machined carbide special rotary tools by CNC tool grinding machine , the relevant parameters such as the relative position of the diamond grinding wheel to workpiece must be de2 tected strictly. An automatic detection modeling for relevant processing parameters in the NC machining was presented and it is considered that manufacturing accuracy for the tools is notably improved by using the modeling method.
